Our catering team can bring you the best Central BBQ has to offer to any location. Minimum order of 15 no maximum. We cater business luncheons, private parties and weddings.

Serving utensils are provided. All food items are packaged in disposable aluminum pans ready to eat!

Delivery fee is $30.00 in the greater Memphis area. 10¢ discount per person if you don't need paper products.

This is our basic catering menu. If there is something you would like that is not on this list, please let us know and we will be happy to provide it for you.

Appetizers

Wings - $2.10

Our wings are marinated overnight, slow smoked, then finished in the deep fryer. They are served wet (with wing sauce), or dry (with our hot rub), and sometimes are ordered naked (with neither).

Sausage & Cheese - $2.60

Smoked Sausage, cheddar, and pepper-jack cheese, with pickles and pepperoncini peppers, and honey mustard sauce. Served with crackers.

Homemade Potato Chips - $1.00

Our home made potato chips made fresh daily and seasoned to perfection.

Nachos - $3.50

All the fixins for our famous BBQ Nachos (tortilla chips, pork, sauce, nacho cheese, shredded cheese, jalapenos & shake)

Tamales - $1.00/each - minimum 15

Wet or dry, served in 3 bone portions

Meat Tray (feeds 15-20) - $85.99

Includes 2 lbs. of pork, 1 lb. of beef, 1 lb. of turkey, 1 lb. of sausage, 1 slab of ribs, and 2 half chickens or 1 lb. of pulled chicken, buns & sauce.
